There are a few things that are a little disappointing. The head of the massager is smaller then most. I over look it because it’s power makes up for it. Also the way the controls work is a little odd to get the hang of. Then there is the waiting when you take it out of the box to charge all the way before use, about 2 hours.

What stood out at first was the fact the product is rechargeable! That’s HUGE! You don’t have to worry about batteries. I’ve had similar products that claimed to be water proof & the batter part didn’t stay secure and it was broken not long after I purchased it.
